Management Training and CPD
- Management training needs and requirements are identified and shaped by the demands and evolving nature of the industry. Through our membership of the relevant trade body associations (RECI, AECI, etc.) we are kept informed of legislative and regulatory changes and requirements pertaining to the industry. We receive regular newsletters from these bodies and seminars are regularly held prior to changes being effected.
- Further training needs are identified in house by the requirements of our Safety and Quality Management systems, the continual development and implementation of which can require further education and training in order to enable the company to embrace and adapt to new technology.
- Management training and CPD is subsequently tailored to suit the individual with respect to their role in the company.
